EUROPAY INTEGRAL VENDING SERVICE

Servicio Integral de Vending Europay

All the software and hardware required for card payments and telemetric management of vending machines is provided. The basic elements of the service are the payment terminal and the telemetric plate, both owned by Redsys, thus, the customer saves the initial outlay and Redsys assumes technical, regulatory, and commercial obsolescence. Additionally, 24x7 access to the Contact Centre and telephone service during 10x5 office hours are provided.

All hardware related to card payment is provided. The basic element of the service is the payment terminal, owned by Redsys, in this way, the client saves on the initial outlay and Redsys assumes technical, regulatory, and commercial obsolescence. Additionally, 24x7 access to the Contact Centre and telephone service during 10x5 office hours are provided. Redsys manages purchases, supplies spare parts and consumables, and distributes them, including SIM cards, as well as their maintenance and the evolution of their software. General functionalities:

  • Replacement of damaged equipment with equipment in perfect working order.
  • Supply, where appropriate, of an additional 3% of the installed fleet to replace the damaged hardware.
  • Card payment terminal:
  • Card reader: magnetic stripe, EMV chip, contactless, NFC mobiles.
  • Communications SIM card (2 operators).
  • Standard wiring supplied with the terminal.
  • Delivery of the material at a single point to be determined.

EUROPAY ACCESS AND TELEMETRY SERVICE

Servicio Integral de Vending Europay

It consists of the sale of the hardware and access to the necessary software for the telemetric management of vending machines. On the other hand, the SIM is supplied.

The hardware functionalities are:

  • Card payment terminal::
    • Card reader: magnetic stripe, EMV chip, contactless, NFC mobiles.
    • Standard wiring supplied with the terminal.
  • Telemetry plate, with MDB-EXE-EVADTS interfaces ... as well as the necessary standard wiring, for connection to machines.
  • Delivery of the material at a single point to be determined.

The hardware functionalities are:

  • Telemetry system.
  • onexiones a través de protocolo MDB y EVA/DTS.
  • Mobile APP for installers.
  • Private card management (optional).
  • Integration with ERP (optional).
